Kay,
I wanted to pass on my thanks for all the work you did to help us through
the sell of our house. The best part is that I know you have
everything under control. I never have to worry about anything
getting dropped and if there is an issue, you take care of it. It's
a huge weight off our shoulders knowing that all I have to do is read an
email from you providing a status of each milestone throughout the
process. As for the closing, it's a breeze knowing you have it all
in place. One last comment, your wonderful with taking the extra
steps to help us during the whole process and going the extra mile to
ensure we are taken care of for what ever that need might be. You
take the lead, and never look back.. There are not many people I
personally recommend to my friends and family for any type of service, but
you are one I do. Your the best.

When KC and I started
looking into a house, we met with Kay to get some generalized
information on items that we would need in order to prepare for
the purchase of our first house. Kay not only gave us the required
information, but she also provided some contact numbers of people that
she has worked/works with, and they were wonderful people to work
with also...which just further reflected on her.
Once KC and I obtained our loan budget, Kay was right
on the ball of immediately sending us the "house inventory" via
email and constantly updating the list as frequently as she could! She
even constantly checked back on houses that we fell in love with, but
weren't available, to see if the contract on the house had been broken.
Kay truly went out of her way when it came to helping us find a home.
During the home search process, I would say that KC and
I had a very specific taste of what we wanted in our home so we went
through just about every available house in the Loveland/Johnstown area.
Through that entire process, Kay made sure to make her schedule available
when KC and I could go look at a house; never once did she reschedule on
us or not be able to meet us for a showing. Which, considering the amount
of houses we looked at...that is a tremendous amount of effort put forth!!
Kay made sure to help keep our spirits high, house
after house, and was able to research and present majority of our unknown
questions on multiple houses. After a record of houses looked at, and a
file filled to the brim to prove it, Kay helped us find our first home
that we absolutely love. We enjoyed her company along the way, she had
patience and motivation thoughout our house hunt, and overall, we just
thank her in her job well done!
